Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Khaznati marketplace app and website (together, the “Platform”), operated by Rafill Management Consultancies - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Khaznati”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, listing an item, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Arab Emirates to use the Platform. To sell, you must complete identity verification using a valid Emirates ID and a UAE mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

2. Personal, non-commercial selling only

Khaznati is a marketplace for individuals to sell their own unwanted, pre-owned personal goods that they lawfully own. By listing an item, you represent and warrant that:

You may not use the Platform to operate a business or to trade commercially — including reselling for profit, dropshipping, selling new, wholesale, bulk, or commercial-quantity stock, or otherwise dealing in goods as a business — unless you hold a valid UAE trade licence and every registration, permit, and regulatory approval required for that activity. Obtaining and maintaining such a licence and any required permissions is your sole responsibility, and you alone are liable for any failure to hold them.

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, decline, remove, or limit any listing, and suspend or terminate any account, that we reasonably believe is being used for unlicensed business or commercial trading in breach of this section or applicable UAE law.

3. Listings and prohibited items

You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing, including the item’s description, condition, photographs, and price. Items must be legal to sell in the UAE. You may not list counterfeit goods, stolen property, recalled or unsafe products, weapons, controlled substances, live animals, or any item whose sale is restricted or prohibited by law. We may remove any listing that violates these Terms.

4. Orders, payments, and buyer protection

When a buyer places an order, their payment is only released to the seller after the item has been delivered and the order is confirmed. The buyer has 48 hours from the moment the order is marked as delivered to confirm receipt or report a problem; if the buyer does neither within that window, the order is treated as accepted and the payment is released to the seller. If an item does not arrive or is not in the condition the seller described, the buyer may be entitled to a full refund. Prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED). Shipping is arranged through our courier partners and any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout. Payouts are made to the seller’s nominated UAE bank account, typically within 48 hours of the order being confirmed.

5. Pickup, delivery, and returns

Sellers must make the item available for courier collection and ensure it matches the listing. A courier collects the item from the seller and delivers it to the buyer. If a delivered item does not match its listing, the buyer may be entitled to a full refund under our buyer-protection process, provided the problem is reported within 48 hours of delivery, and the payment may be returned to the buyer rather than released to the seller.

6. Fees and taxes

We currently charge zero seller commission; any fees that do apply will be disclosed to you before they are incurred. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes (including VAT, where applicable) arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to defraud, harass, or mislead others; to circumvent buyer protection by taking transactions off-platform; to post unlawful, infringing, or offensive content; or to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, remove content, and withhold or reverse payouts if you breach these Terms or applicable law, or where we are required to do so to comply with legal obligations. You may close your account at any time, subject to completing any open transactions.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Khaznati is a venue that connects buyers and sellers; the seller, not Khaznati, is the owner and seller of the goods. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is”, and our liability to you is limited to the amounts paid through the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in the app or by other reasonable means, and your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
