This Privacy Policy explains how Rafill Management Consultancies - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Khaznati”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our marketplace app and website (the “Platform”). It should be read together with our Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect

• Account & identity: your name, mobile number, email address, emirate, and the Emirates ID details we use to verify sellers.
• Listings & transactions: the items you list, orders you place or fulfil, prices, and messages relating to a transaction.
• Payment & payout: the bank or payout details needed to receive funds, processed through our payment partners.
• Pickup & address: saved pickup and delivery addresses used to arrange courier collection.
• Device & usage: app and device information, and how you interact with the Platform, used to keep it secure and working.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to create and secure your account, verify seller identities, publish and manage listings, process orders and payments, arrange courier pickup and delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with our legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send you notifications and updates.

3. How we share your information

We share personal data only as needed to run the Platform, including with:

• courier and logistics partners, to collect and deliver items;
• payment processors and banks, to take payments and make payouts;
• identity-verification providers, to confirm seller identities;
• other users, limited to the information needed to complete a transaction; and
• authorities or advisers where required by UAE law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as we are required to retain it to meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

5. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of significant incidents where required.
