Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Khaznati account here — no app needed. Verify the mobile number on your account and we'll erase it right away.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email, photo, bio, handle and phone number.
- Your listings, saved addresses, favourites, follows and notifications.
- Your payout details (IBAN) and any linked UAE PASS identity data.
What we keep
Records of completed orders, payments and payouts are retained in anonymized form — they no longer identify you, but we're required to keep transaction records for financial and legal compliance. Messages you sent remain visible to the person you chatted with, without your name or profile.
Before you go
If you have an order still in progress — as a buyer or a seller — deletion is blocked until it completes or is resolved, so nobody is left owed money or a parcel. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it can't be undone, though you can always create a new account with the same number later.
